Plain-language information about what Tempryd, LLC collects when you use this site or speak with Jordan.
We process the messages, business information, and contact details you choose to share with Jordan or submit in a request. Jordan's conversation and any request receipt are saved in your browser for up to seven days when you use website chat so you can continue the conversation.
We use this information to answer your questions, save requests you authorize, and respond through the contact method you select. If you separately request a business report, we use the business details you provide to prepare it. We also use information to operate and improve the service. We do not sell it.
ElevenLabs processes your messages to provide Jordan's replies. If you choose voice, it also processes microphone audio to transcribe the conversation and generate Jordan's spoken response. Tempryd configures ElevenLabs not to retain voice audio and schedules the service-side transcript and personal information for deletion when the conversation ends. The browser copy follows the seven-day handling described above.
Twilio and ElevenLabs process phone numbers and conversation content to connect calls and deliver text replies. Phone and SMS conversations do not create a saved chat in your web browser. A request you authorize is retained separately for the team to handle, even when the conversation transcript is deleted. Communications providers may retain delivery and operational records under their own policies.
We do not sell mobile numbers or share mobile information, including text-message consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share information with service providers only as needed to deliver and support the service. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help.
Before submitting a request, Jordan asks you to confirm the summary, contact details, and permission to follow up. The “Ask for a person” form asks for the same permission. An authorized request is saved for Tempryd to handle through your selected response method. Its receipt distinguishes a saved request from a sent internal notification; neither confirms an appointment or that a person has read it.
